Who we are

Catch Fishies is made by Frozen Crow ("we"). This policy covers the Catch Fishies website at catchfishies.com and the Catch Fishies app for iOS and Android. Questions go to support.catchfishies.com.

Playing on the web

• Local storage only. High scores, run stats, audio volume, and your last-played mode are saved in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your browser and we cannot see it. Clear your browser's site data to erase it.
• No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The website sets none of these.
• Hosting. The site is served by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to operate its network. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Playing on the mobile app

• Your data stays on your device. Scores, stats, and settings are stored locally on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them. There are no accounts and nothing is uploaded to us.
• Ads. The free app shows ads through Google AdMob: an occasional interstitial between runs and an optional rewarded ad if you choose to revive. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID where available), IP address, coarse ad-interaction data, and diagnostic information. • No cross-app tracking. On iOS we do not use App Tracking Transparency and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Where consent or identifiers are absent, ads are contextual rather than personalized.
• Consent in the EEA/UK. Where required, Google's consent form appears before ads are shown and you can make your choice there.
• Remove Ads purchase. The one-time Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Your entitlement is stored on your device and can be restored through your store account. Remove Ads permanently disables the interstitial ads between runs; the rewarded revive ad remains available after purchase and plays only if you choose to watch it to extend a run.

What we never collect

We don't ask for and don't receive your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or anything similar. If you contact support, we'll see whatever you choose to send — and use it only to reply.

Children

Catch Fishies is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Buy Remove Ads to stop interstitial ads entirely. The optional revive ad stays available afterward, and never plays unless you choose it.
• Erase your game data any time: clear the browser's site data (web) or delete the app (mobile).
• Manage ad personalization in your device settings and in Google's My Ad Center.
• If you're in a region with privacy rights (such as the EEA, UK, or California), you can exercise them by contacting us. Since we hold no personal data on our side, most requests concern Google's ad services — but we'll help you route them.

Data retention

We operate no servers and keep no databases. Everything the game saves is on your device, under your control.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
